Diagnosis

Up to 8 hours of work, one visit and one round of adjustments. Report within 7 business days after the visit and receipt of the information. Payment upon hiring.
Concept and implementation plan
Organize the business proposal and turn decisions into an executable plan.
- Concept, positioning and brand direction.
- Operating program and guidelines for the space.
- Preliminary budget, priorities, suppliers and schedule.
Up to 40 hours of work, two presentation meetings and two rounds of adjustments. Initial timeline of 4 weeks after the briefing is approved. Payment: 50% at the start, 30% at the presentation and 20% upon delivery.
Implementation coordination
One person supports decision-making and connects the client, suppliers and specialists.
- Up to 20 hours of coordination per month.
- Two monthly visits in Greater Florianópolis.
- Weekly meeting, decision log and schedule tracking.
Initial 3-month engagement, paid monthly in advance. Coordination organizes the project; execution and technical responsibility belong to the respective contractors.
Operational follow-up
After opening, review priorities using day-to-day data.
- Up to 5 hours per month.
- Monthly meeting and review of indicators provided by the client.
- Improvement plan with owners and next steps.
Scope and indicators agreed upon in the proposal. Does not include daily restaurant operations or guarantee financial results.
You hire with visibility.
The client pays suppliers and professionals directly. Purchases and scope changes require your approval. Additional hours are only performed after acceptance: R$ 300 per hour.
Equipment, construction, rent, fees, technical projects, software and hosting are separate expenses. The proposal identifies the professionals needed and who assumes each responsibility.
